The ECPE Online Tutorial on Testing Automotive Power Modules according to the ECPE Guideline AQG 324 is scheduled for April 9–10, 2025. This digital event aims to provide practical insights into the application of the AQG 324 guideline, which standardizes the qualification process for automotive power modules.
Developed by the ECPE Working Group ‘Automotive Power Module Qualification,’ the AQG 324 guideline builds upon the LV 324 supply specification formulated by German automotive OEMs and industry representatives. It focuses on the module design and assembly qualification, excluding semiconductor chips or manufacturing processes. The guideline’s latest release, version 03.1/2021 dated May 31, 2021, addresses power modules based on silicon (Si) semiconductors in the main document and includes a specific annex for silicon carbide (SiC)-based modules.
This tutorial is designed for professionals ranging from beginners to senior experts involved with power module suppliers, automotive tier 1 suppliers, test service providers, and equipment manufacturers. Attendees will gain practical information on testing power modules in compliance with the AQG 324 guideline under standardized conditions.
