Wolfspeed, Inc. announced the appointment of Stefan Steyerl as vice president of sales, EMEA. Effective March 1, 2026, Steyerl will lead Wolfspeed’s regional sales strategy, with a focus on accelerating adoption of silicon carbide solutions across automotive, industrial and energy markets as the company expands its footprint and drives revenue growth in the region.
Steyerl brings more than 25 years of semiconductor industry experience, including building high-performing teams and delivering growth across international markets. Most recently, he served as vice president of sales, EMEA at Allegro MicroSystems, where he led regional go-to-market execution and strengthened executive-level customer relationships. Prior to that, he held senior leadership roles at Analog Devices, overseeing sales and marketing for automotive and industrial sectors with global revenue responsibility exceeding $750 million.

Wolfspeed said Steyerl joins as the company sharpens its focus on product innovation and device production, positioning silicon carbide as a key enabler for higher-efficiency power systems. His appointment supports Wolfspeed’s go-to-market priorities of broadening its customer base across diversified growth segments, including AI data centers, renewable energy, industrial power systems and electric vehicles.

Steyerl holds a degree in electrical engineering from the Technical University of Munich.
